Laura brings more than 25 years of experience building and transforming organizations across the United States and internationally. As a Chief People Officer and senior People leader, she has helped companies scale from hundreds of employees across multiple countries, built new international operations, and partnered with CEOs and leadership teams through periods of significant growth and change.

Her work goes beyond traditional HR. Laura advises CEOs on the organizational questions that determine whether a company can scale: Do we have the right leaders for the next stage? Is the organization designed around where the business is going rather than where it has been? Are decisions happening at the right level? Is talent concentrated where it creates the most value?
